Federico Muttoni participated as Speaker at RedME's End of Year Event.

On Thursday, December 7, the festive atmosphere was mixed with meaningful reflections in the classic RedME toast at the end of the year, a meeting full of joy and learning.

At Magnolio Sala's facilities, guided by the talented communicator Iliana Da Silva, we immersed ourselves in an enriching conversation about the crucial path towards Gender Equity in leadership positions.

Four distinguished speakers shared their experiences and perspectives on this crucial topic. Mariella De Aurrecoechea, Alejandro Laborde, Federico Muttoni (Director of Advice) and María José Scaniello Negris illuminated the talk with their knowledge and trajectories, providing a comprehensive view on the challenges and opportunities in the search for gender equality in the workplace.

In this space for open dialogue, the importance of continuing to work together to build more inclusive and equitable work environments was highlighted. Every word spoken resonated as a step towards a future where diversity and equal opportunities are the norm.

The RedMe Toast was not only a time to celebrate, but also a platform to drive meaningful conversations that inspire positive change. We are grateful for the opportunity to share experiences, learn and toast to a more equal future.
