Informed Consent

By sending my Curriculum Vitae and other personal data to ADVICE, I hereby acknowledge, give consent in a free and informed manner and expressly authorize the following: (a) I know of Law 18.331 on the Protection of Personal Data And Habeas Data Action, its amendments and regulatory decrees (August 11, 2008, and the updates included by articles 37 to 40 of Law No. 19.670); (B) the data provided will be processed and included in a database owned by Advice (LAKYFOR SA), located at Tiburcio Gómez 1330 floor 4 - Montevideo, whose purpose will be the consideration of the holder of the personal data for recruitment processes of Advice clients, promotion of goods and / or services of Advice, its strategic partners or other companies and sending information that Advice considers may be of interest; (C) Advice is expressly authorized to communicate the personal data provided by this way and included in the databases to its clients in the basis of the recruitment processes entrusted to them; (D) Advice is expressly authorized to communicate contact data to its strategic partners or other third parties in the context of promoting goods and services and providing information; (E) I have the right to access the information provided, to rectify it and to be excluded from the database in the terms and conditions established in the applicable rules by means of written submission and accreditation of identity in Tiburcio Gómez 1330 piso 4 - Montevideo; (F) I have the right to choose not to receive information that Advice sends on topics, goods and / or services by means of a message of reply to said sending with the word REMOVE; (G) the data provided is accurate and is solely responsible for the content of the same.
