Paula González 
Paula González works in the Outsourcing Department at Advice Uruguay. She has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de la República.
She complements her training with courses in evaluation and selection techniques for the workplace.
She has experience in the area of Recruitment and Evaluation since 2016, carrying out tasks of recruitment, personnel selection and psycholaboral evaluations for dependent positions, middle management and executives.
She is enthusiastic about teamwork, acquiring new knowledge and interpersonal relationships.
