Mariana González works as an Sr analyst in the area of Recruitment and Evaluation at Advice, carrying out selection processes for middle management and operational positions, as well as psycho-labor evaluations.

She has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de la República. She is finishing a postgraduate course in the area of labor evaluation at the Universidad de la República. In addition, she recently started a postgraduate course in labor and organizational psychology at a private institution.
