Laura Sverdlin is the Outsourcing Manager at Advice, carrying out recruitment and selection processes for dependent positions, middle management and executives, as well as providing outsourcing services to national and international clients in the field of outsourced personnel.

She has a degree in Labour Relations and Business Administration from the University of the Republic. She has more than 19 years of professional experience in the area of human resources with experience in selection and payroll for both national and multinational companies. 

She has a strong profile of service and customer orientation, providing advice, flexible solutions and generating long-term relationships of trust. Able to work as a team, teach and share all his knowledge and experience to the rest of the team.
