Giovani Jara

Giovani Jara is the Head of  Recruitment, Evaluation & Outsourcing  of Advice Uruguay. He has a 24-year career in the human resources sector with solid experience in the areas of recruitment and Selection, payroll administration and RPO solutions (integral service of people, equipment, technology and legal advice on labor regulations).

He leads a team of professionals dedicated to the selection and evaluation of middle management, operational and technical staff. Giovani has been a reference leading the most important recruitment and selection projects in Uruguay in the last 15 years such as Botnia - UPM, Montes del Plata, and multiple startups in industrial sectors, mass consumption, telecommunications, contact centers, among others.

It has developed a deep knowledge of the labor market and the needs of companies in human resources solutions, prioritizing relationships of trust and flexibility when providing a range of services that generate value to the client.

With a background in Business Administration, he has specialized in management skills, management development programs, Ccoaching, project management, among others.

He enjoys his work, understanding the importance of connecting people with opportunities, being sensitive to the importance of work in people's lives. His greatest passion is to empower and motivate work teams, to take them to the next level, valuing emotions and different technical skills, generating synergy to develop a supportive and high performance team.
