Cecilia Raffo

Degree in Psychology, graduated from the Universidad de la República. Subsequently, she completed the Postgraduate Specialization in Human Resources Management at the Catholic University of Uruguay. In addition, she has taken several refresher courses and seminars.

She has more than 13 years of experience in the area of HR and People Management, having performed tasks of Organizational Consulting, Outplacement processes, Internal Communication, OD, Performance Appraisals and Career Development. She specializes in Talent Attraction, Recruitment, Selection and Psycho-technical Evaluations. Her experience has been nurtured by the contact and work in different areas and companies that have allowed her to have a global and strategic vision of the exciting world of People in the corporate environment.
