Belén Franco 
Belén works in the Outsourcing Department at Advice Uruguay.
She has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de la República and has additional training in assessment techniques oriented to the labor field.
Since 2015, she has worked in the human resources area and since 2019 she has focused on recruitment and selection processes, mainly for middle and operational positions, both in individual and group instances. She is motivated by constant learning, teamwork and interpersonal relationships.
