Belén Blanco

Belén Blanco Martignone works as an Analyst in the area of Selection and Evaluation at Advice Uruguay.  She is an advanced student of Psychology at the Universidad de la República, where she began her training in 2020.

Since her first steps in the academic field, she showed a marked interest in processes related to mental health, work in the territory and psychosocial intervention, knowledge that she later turned to the organizational and human resources area.

She has experience in recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative and professional profiles, both in national and multinational companies, participating in all stages: from the profile survey to the final presentation of candidates.

Part of the Advice team since April 2025, she is especially motivated to accompany people in the search for opportunities that favor their development, helping them to discover and enhance those qualities that make them unique. At the same time, she is committed to providing each client with personalized and effective solutions, connecting individual talent with organizational needs in a strategic and analytical way.

She is interested in working in teams, generating trust and learning environments, and continuing to develop in areas that combine the psychological approach with people management.
