Ana Inés Bentos

Ana Inés Bentos Pereira works as a Consultant in Human Capital, as a reference in HR consulting and diagnosis processes. Since 2007, she has been teaching at the Catholic University of Uruguay in subjects related to her professional development area: psycho-labour assessment tools and other practices related to HR consultancy.

She graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of the Universidad Católica del Uruguay in 1999 with a degree in Psychology. She specialized in Human Resources Management through the Postgraduate course, graduating in 2006. She complements her academic and professional training through multiple courses and conferences that provide a wide level of expertise in topics related to Human Resources, training and consulting in people management.

He has over 15 years of experience in Human Capital Consulting, having held leadership positions at the level of HR services and advice. He has led recruitment, selection, and labor and potential assessment processes from an organizational perspective. He has served as a reference in HR consulting processes, covering development, training, diagnosis, as well as disengagement and restructuring instances that are presented as needs of the current market, both for national and international companies.
