Aiuba González

Aiuba Gonzalez joined the Advice team in 2008. Since then she has held different executive positions demonstrating a high capacity for strategic leadership, focus on results, business development and operational excellence. Currently she leads the partnership project with ADP, a leading global provider of human capital management solutions, providing payroll services to multinational companies with international standard methodologies.

Aiuba is a public accountant graduated from the University of the Republic and has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University Carlos III of Madrid. She is dynamic, organized, proactive and has interpersonal skills that contribute to the formation of successful work teams. Before joining the Advice team, she worked at CPA for Microsoft as a senior outsourcing supervisor with responsibility for the Southern Cone region (Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Chile). He has experience in project management, management accounting, financial planning and budgeting, and managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Since her incorporation she has taken on different challenges: In 2010 she was appointed accounting quality manager of the subsidiary in Uruguay as part of the accounting quality team of the head office with the objective of designing and implementing control and traceability mechanisms for the management of the administration and finance departments at a global level. In 2011 she developed new business lines focused on payroll services and process outsourcing. From 2012 he also worked as manager of the operations department ensuring the quality and efficiency of internal processes. In 2016 he developed the area of partnership with ADP in Uruguay receiving in 2018 the award in the category compliance & security granted by the latter at the annual convention of executive partners in recognition of the outstanding results of the team in Uruguay.
