Remote equipment management

Objectives:
  • To generate in the leaders of work teams the awareness of the need of empowerment of their role in this context, as a virtual or presential reference.
  • Integrate self-motivation techniques in daily practice 
  • To promote co-participation in teams by appealing to creativity and positive feedback: conceptualizations
  • General individual and collective time management through the incorporation of home office routines
  • To detect how emotions are manifested in this work context in order to collaborate in their management: introductory approach 
Duration: 1 hour and a half (divided into 2 sessions of 45 minutes).


Specific content
  • Impact of the pandemic on the workplace
  • What happens to associated emotions: how we feel and how we react
  • Roles and profiles that articulate with teleworking: collaboration and empathy key factors
  • Team management: the role of the leader is key
  • Effective virtual meetings: optimizing time and resources
  • Prioritisation of objectives and strategic communication
  • Self-management and creation of habits associated with the home office 

Optional: consult for individual instances of containment/coaching in times of crisis.

Investment per person: USD 50 (american dollars) + VAT


Facilitator: Lic. Laura Di Carlo (Associate Consultant) 

Psychologist with a postgraduate degree in education from ORT University. Organizational Coach (Bruno Matarazzo & Asociados, Argentina). Specialization in Group Dynamics. She studied Music Therapy at the Music Therapy Center led by Music Therapist Amparo Alonso. 
Widely experienced in the areas of Human Resources and Organizational Coach. She has held managerial and executive positions in national and international companies (Head of Cabin Crew, PLUNA Líneas Aéreas Uruguayas, Training Manager: Pluna Varig, Human Resources Manager: PricewaterhouseCoopers - Uruguay and Paraguay, Human Resources Manager: Laboratorio Roche Uruguay, Human Resources Director LATAM Alvarion Ltd. - Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile; Regional Director of Human Resources for Latin America & the Caribbean - SOS Children's Villages (in charge of 20 countries in the region) 
He has worked in the public and private national educational field offering workshops and educational lectures on various topics of interest, at the level of teachers and principals. She is part of the Endeavor Uruguay Mentorship team. Active participation as facilitator in the Emprendemos Juntas Program that seeks to support women from small and medium enterprises in management and development with a gender and inclusive approach. Teacher at ADM (Association of Marketing Managers, Uruguay).
