Objectives:
- To detect, recognize and differentiate the symptoms inherent to stress in the field of distance and/or face-to-face work, for those collaborators who continue to work with this modality.
- To apply techniques and tools from Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which allow them to be controlled and therefore improve the quality of life in the work environment in these moments of global health crisis and on a personal level.
Duration: 1 hour and a half (divided into 2 sessions of 45 minutes).
Specific content:
- The current work environment: fast-paced, competitive, multi-generational, digital, changing
- How does the COVID-19 influence and affect our behaviour and overall health
- Differences between anxiety, stress, anxiety crises and panic attacks.
- Mindfulness tools for anxiety: the vagus nerve, the brain and breathing, connecting with the present moment.
- Mindfulness tools for stress: rooting, eliminating stress toxins through breathing, creative visualization with contributions from Music Therapy
Optional: consult for individual instances of containment/coaching in times of crisis.

Widely experienced in the areas of Human Resources and Organizational Coach. She has held managerial and executive positions in national and international companies (Head of Cabin Crew, PLUNA Líneas Aéreas Uruguayas, Training Manager: Pluna Varig, Human Resources Manager: PricewaterhouseCoopers - Uruguay and Paraguay, Human Resources Manager: Laboratorio Roche Uruguay, Human Resources Director LATAM Alvarion Ltd. - Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile; Regional Director of Human Resources for Latin America & the Caribbean - SOS Children's Villages (in charge of 20 countries in the region)
He has worked in the public and private national educational field offering workshops and educational lectures on various topics of interest, at the level of teachers and principals. She is part of the Endeavor Uruguay Mentorship team. Active participation as facilitator in the Emprendemos Juntas Program that seeks to support women from small and medium enterprises in management and development with a gender and inclusive approach. Teacher at ADM (Association of Marketing Managers, Uruguay).
