The present situation of health crisis not only leads to the option of teleworking, but also has generated massive sending of collaborators to unemployment insurance, layoffs, and internal organizational re-structuring. • Analysis of the impact of the social and labor crisis scenario on the employees.
  • Teleworking as an operational tool and emotional intelligence as a human resources management tool.
