The present situation of health crisis not only leads to the option of teleworking, but also has generated massive sending of collaborators to unemployment insurance, layoffs, and internal organizational re-structuring. It is in this internal context of the companies, where we must put the focus, to manage the impact of uncertainty.

- Teleworking as an operational tool and emotional intelligence as a human resources management tool.
- Management of remote teams: empathy, motivation, continuous and strategic communication
- How to manage social isolation and the need to sustain the company's profit margin

Widely experienced in the areas of Human Resources and Organizational Coach. She has held managerial and executive positions in national and international companies (Head of Cabin Crew, PLUNA Líneas Aéreas Uruguayas, Training Manager: Pluna Varig, Human Resources Manager: PricewaterhouseCoopers - Uruguay and Paraguay, Human Resources Manager: Laboratorio Roche Uruguay, Human Resources Director LATAM Alvarion Ltd. - Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile; Regional Director of Human Resources for Latin America & the Caribbean - SOS Children's Villages (in charge of 20 countries in the region).
He has worked in the public and private national educational field offering workshops and educational lectures on various topics of interest, at the level of teachers and principals. She is part of the Endeavor Uruguay Mentorship team. Active participation as facilitator in the Emprendemos Juntas Program that seeks to support women from small and medium enterprises in management and development with a gender and inclusive approach. Teacher at ADM (Association of Marketing Managers, Uruguay).
