- Work closely with the candidate on tools to design and review their Curriculum Vitae, Guidelines for Interviews, Personal Marketing, Networking, etc. Evaluate the participant´s profile on the basis of the job position or outplacement sought.
- Provide updated information on compensations for job positions matching your profile.

The objective of Your Salary is to determine the value of your compensation in relation to similar profiles in the market in terms of equivalent experience and skills.
The participant will acquire this knowledge by receiving a salary report based on the comparison of their position in the job market, along with the benefits and incentives of the same position in companies of similar characteristics.
