This study describes and analyzes some components of the labor market associated with the Uruguayan IT industry and the demand for specialized talent in the ICT field in the country.
The research took as input information from the Labor Monitor that Advice prepares periodically and was based on the review and systematization of information from the different job portals and virtual job boards in force in Uruguay between November 2020 and October 2021, in order to understand what are the main demands and requirements of talent in the national IT industry today.
The presentation took place on February 16 at the Hilton Garden Inn and was streamed on YouTube. The opening was in charge of Leonardo Loureiro, President of Cuti and Federico Muttoni, Director of Advice. The results of the study were presented by Victoria Cancela, Coordinator of Cuti's IT Observatory and Magela Fernández, Leader of Advice Digital & IT.
