Ximena holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology at the Universidad de la República (2009).
She also holds a Master's degree in Human Management in Organizations from the Universidad de Montevideo (2012). Currently, she is pursuing a Specialization in Internal Communication and Employer Branding at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Certification in People Analytics from UCU Business School.
She was a faculty member at the School of Business Sciences, teaching the subject of Personnel Management and Labor Relations at the Universidad de Montevideo for five years.
With over 15 years of experience in people management, she currently serves as the People & Culture Manager at Advice, leading initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent within the company. She is responsible for all internal recruitment processes, onboarding, offboarding, corporate training programs, development plans, Culture & Work Environment initiatives, CSR activities, and Change Management.
Previously, she was responsible for the Human Capital area, participating in various projects focused on supporting the management of HR needs for both local and international organizations. She provided guidance and leadership in these projects, aiming to enhance and optimize human capital management. Her work included implementing performance evaluation systems, job description development, designing and executing customized training programs, as well as conducting workplace climate and employee satisfaction studies.
