Sofía Tabó

Sofía Tabó works as an Analyst in the Selection and Evaluation area at Advice, carrying out selection processes for middle management and operational positions, as well as psycho-labor evaluations.

She has a degree in Psychology from Universidad de la República.

She has experience in recruitment and selection processes for national and international companies since 2021. She has participated in massive recruitment projects and directed searches for important companies. Her areas of expertise are: recruitment and selection and competency-based interviewing.
