Mathias Sosa 
Mathias Sosa works at Advice Digital & IT.
He has experience in recruitment since 2017, and has specialized in the search for technology profiles since 2021.
He has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de la República, graduated in 2020. He has oriented his training to the human resources area in different topics: IT selection, projective techniques, performance evaluation, work environment evaluation, HRBP. In the clinical area he has completed training in the Uruguayan Society of Psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology.
