Kateryn Silvera 
Kateryn Silvera works in the Selection and Evaluation Department at Advice, carrying out recruitment, selection and psycho-labor evaluation of middle and operative managers.
She has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de la República and has complemented her education with courses and training focused on psycho-labor assessment. Since 2021 she has been working in this area and has participated in massive recruitment projects for national and international companies.
Her commitment is focused on understanding the needs of clients and candidates, providing solutions that adapt to the needs of each project and contribute to the construction of successful work teams.
