Javier Lapuente

Javier Lapuente works as a Payroll Specialist for multinational companies as a partner of ADP in Uruguay. He is responsible for the complete payroll cycle, in which he is in charge of the processes of liquidation of assets, payroll, accounting entries and reconciliation of government agencies.

A public accountant graduated from Universidad de la Republica in 2020, he has more than 6 years of experience in the field. Javier has been part of the Advice team since February 2022.

He is a proactive, orderly and very analytical person, seeks to acquire new knowledge in order to better perform her tasks and provide the best service. He is good at working in a team, as well as individually, and enjoys transmitting her knowledge to others.
