Guzmán Saráchaga

Guzmán Saráchaga is Head of Human Capital & Talent Strategy at Advice. He leads the selection team of managers, digital executives and directors, ensuring quality in each search process, based on a deep knowledge of the market, operational flexibility, and a formal and recognized methodology.

He holds a degree in Human Management and Labor Relations from Universidad Católica del Uruguay. He builds trusting relationships with his clients, helping them to manage and implement their business operations through people, with effectiveness, understanding of the internal and external context of each organization.

He has been part of the Advice team since 2018, achieving quality results in several projects, for different clients, in various sectors, from industry, services, retail, finance and technology, among others. His expertise includes employability, labor market, executive search, talent selection and team coordination.
