Public Accountant at the University of the Republic (1997); Master in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Montevideo (IEEM, 2001-2002); Postgraduate degree in Financial Management at the University Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain), 2002; and updating in Senior Executive Program (IEEM, 2015).

His areas of expertise include Executive Search; Massive Recruitment Projects; Project and Business Plan Management; Management and Organizational Structure Consulting; Corporate Social Responsibility.

He is a Founding Partner of Consultora Advice (2004). He is currently Director of Advice, member of the Board of Directors of Deres, and mentor of Endeavor. He has participated as Project Manager in massive recruitment processes for large investments in Uruguay (UPM, Montes del Plata, Andritz, Kemira, among others) and in CSR projects in the interior of the country. During the last 10 years he has collaborated with the recruitment of more than 500 Managers and Chiefs, and participated in the development of salary and human management consultations for more than 300 clients. He worked 4 years as a Consultant and Internal Auditor for the companies of The Exxel Group in Uruguay (Devoto, Mastercard, Freddo, Fargo), collaborating in management, planning and control systems. Previously he worked 5 years in KPMG, as an External Auditor and Consultant for companies in various sectors in both Uruguay and Paraguay.
