He is a director and partner of Advice and a leading labor market analyst with more than 20 years of experience in global companies. Recognized as one of the 25 leaders in the HR services industry in Latin America by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) in 2017 (first time for an Uruguayan), 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, he is an employment industry and future of work expert who participates in numerous forums and specialist meetings in Uruguay and abroad.

Creator of the Advice Labor Monitor, a monthly reference report, which observes and studies the main characteristics of labor demand, its primary objective is to analyze trends, characteristics and requirements on the evolution of employment, and to offer high-value information on the world of work, which contributes to strategic decision making in companies, institutions of the educational ecosystem, public agencies and the economy as a whole.

In his years at Advice he has promoted and developed several areas of practice such as Executive Search, Labor Market Data Analytics, Selection, Evaluation and Outplacement among others, working with the presidents, directors and managers of several companies to achieve their objectives, helping them adapt to changes in business and create results for their organizations. He is a professional in business digitalization to achieve results and productivity in the constantly changing world of work.

Constantly learning new skills, his training includes directory management (Universidad ORT Uruguay), project management, leadership and business administration (IEEM University of Montevideo), international business (Catholic University of Uruguay) and international marketing (UNISINOS - Brazil). He is also a Mentor of the Endeavor Foundation.
