Emilia Araújo

Emilia Araújo has been working as an Assistant in the Selection and Evaluation Department at Advice Uruguay since April 2025. She has a degree in Psychology, graduated from the School of Psychology of the Universidad de la República in 2024.

Her main areas of interest are Human Resources and Clinical Psychology. She is currently in the process of continuous training, with interest in continuing to expand her knowledge and tools in both organizational and clinical settings.

In her role, she shows a strong vocation for close and transparent accompaniment, both to people during the selection process, as well as to clients, trying to understand their needs and provide solutions according to each context.

She is characterized by her commitment, proactive attitude and responsibility in the tasks she assumes, as well as by her interest in generating relationships.
