Dinorah Alifa

Dinorah has worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Trainer since 2002. Between 2009 and 2020 she was part of AGESIC (Electronic Government Agency - Presidency of the Republic) as a Consultant specialized in Knowledge Management, Online Training and Change Management. She participated as Supervisor of the Mercosur Digital Project - Digital Training Network (European Union - Mercosur Cooperation Project to strengthen development through Electronic Commerce in the Region).

She was Human Resources Manager for Tata Consultancy Services between 2006 and 2007, and previously for Multivoice Uruguay between 2005 and 2006. Between 1997 and 2002 she worked for Movicom Bellsouth as Head of Internal Communication and Training, being in charge of the development of these areas, communication strategies and staff participation and coordination of multidisciplinary groups for the development of new products. She participated as Training Manager in the ISO 9000 Quality certification process.
