Diego Estellano is Payroll & Data Analytics Leader at Advice.

He coordinates the Data Analytics area, which aims to use a data-driven approach in Advice and provide high-value information that contributes to the development of the world of work and strategic decision making.

On the other hand, he leads the operation of the payroll service in Paraguay within the partnership project with ADP, a global provider of human resources management services.

He holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad de la República, complementing his education with a postgraduate degree in Organizational Information Systems and IT Business Management, which helped him develop the necessary skills to identify, develop and manage the benefits that technology can provide.

His great capacity for analysis and his proactivity stand out. He constantly proposes and applies innovative techniques that improve team and work management, improving the productivity and organization of the area. He is sociable, rational and motivating, with ease of interpersonal relationships.
