Carolina Ribeiro 
Carolina Ribeiro works as a Human Capital Analyst at Advice, carrying out psycho-labor assessment processes, job orientation and outplacement programs. She is part of the team that carries out Compensation Studies, the Compensation Survey and HR management processes. She has been part of the Advice team since 2021, working in the Human Capital area.
She has a degree in Psychology, graduated from the School of Psychology, Universidad de la República. In addition, she complements her training with refresher courses related to HR topics. She has experience in the area of HR consulting, in public and private companies of different sectors.
