Carolina Morelli works as a Recruitment & Evaluation Manager at Advice Uruguay, carrying out selection processes for middle management positions and psychosocial evaluations.

She has a degree in Psychology from the University of the Republic. She complements her academic training with multiple courses in human resources selection and evaluation. Her areas of expertise are recruitment and selection, competence interview and assessment center. She has more than 8 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes for national and international, public and private companies.

She has led multiple projects of massive recruitment, selection and evaluation of human resources competences for important startups. She participated in the quality management system certification, granted by LSQA (Uruguayan Technological Laboratory Quality Austria), according to the UNIT-ISO 9001:2008 standard in 2012.
