The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Management Service provided by Advice Safety, involves:
- To provide the internal or external service in order to comply with the prevention and health service (SPST) established in Decree 127/014 and its extension decrees. Specifically, the organization will be provided with a Prevention Technician and a Medical Specialist in Health, who will comply with the tasks of the service, carrying out the Prevention Plan and the follow-up reports established in the regulations.
- Advice on the implementation of a management system based on ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard).
- Identification of legal regulations and requirements on Health and Safety, of mandatory compliance by the organization. Evaluation of compliance with these mandatory Health and Safety requirements.
- Implementation of Programs for the adequacy of the Occupational Health and Safety management.
- Advice on the application of risk assessment methodologies (related to chemical, physical, mechanical, ergonomic and psychosocial hazards).
- Advice on the identification of emergencies and the subsequent implementation of emergency procedures.
- Advice on the realization of emergency drills.
- Carrying out inspections, task observations and OSH audits. With the issuance of compliance reports, deviations, improvement plans and follow-up.
- Ergonomic analysis of workstations and tasks.
- Psychosocial analysis of organizations.
- Analysis of the need and coordination of environmental measurements.
Incident investigations.
- Advice for the implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety management system based on ISO 45001 technical standards for its continuous improvement and standardization of its management, as a way to its certification.
