Labor Market Monitor - December 2021

The demand for labor in Uruguay resumes the growth path registered throughout 2021, increasing in December 2021 11% compared to the previous month, reaching 3571 job opportunities, compared to 3207 registered in November.

In year-on-year terms, an increase of 1634 job proposals was evidenced, representing a 119% growth, according to the main digital job portals surveyed by Advice.

Analyzing the year as a whole, 34,630 job opportunities were published in 2021, 72% more than in 2020, which accumulated 20,111 proposals.
