Aíuba González at the Annual Closing of the DGETP -UTU Educational Transformation Project On 19 November, the annual closing of the Educational Transformation Project in Technical Vocational Education, an initiative led by the General Directorate of Technical Vocational Education (DGETP-UTU), took place. This project seeks to strengthen UTU's educational proposal in order to prepare students with a more competitive graduation profile that is aligned with the demands of the current labour market.
Aiuba González - Manager of Global Payroll & Data Analytics - presented the Study of Labour Demand and Training Supply at the DGETP-UTU, an analysis sponsored by República AFAP.
The study aimed to identify the main needs of the Uruguayan labour market and contrast them with the curricular offer of UTU. We thank the Technical Directorate of Academic Management of the DGETP-UTU for the invitation and the space.
