From August 29 to 31, 2024, the Third Edition of the Seminar on Occupational Health was held at the LATU Events Center (Montevideo), an important event in the sector attended by companies and professionals from all over the country. The seminar was held in a frame of reference to guide public policies on occupational risk prevention considering the new challenges for occupational health and safety, its management and regulation.

During this meeting, Daniela Rodríguez, Head of Payroll at Advice, presented a “Guide for Effective Documentary Control”, where she presented the main challenges posed by the Outsourcing Law and how companies can effectively manage the required documentation.

Daniela addressed key issues such as the right of workers to be informed, the joint and subsidiary liability of the contracting companies, and the documentary requirements that must be met, including the labor history statement, certificates of regular status in the payment of social security contributions, salary receipts, among others.

“The Outsourcing Law represents a major challenge for many organizations, which must ensure that they have effective document control to avoid fines and legal problems. At Advice, we have developed innovative solutions that allow our clients to manage this information in an agile and practical way,” said Daniela Rodríguez.
