We are proud to announce that Advice took part in the launch of AcelerIA, a training program designed by UTEC with the support of BID Lab, aimed at empowering people and communities to face the challenges of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
The project places special emphasis on inclusion, prioritizing women and professionals over the age of 45, and offers personalized learning paths, adaptive micro-learning modules, regional mentoring, and gamified dynamics to make the training process more accessible and engaging.
In the design of AcelerIA, according to the BID IDEATE document (July 29, 2024), insights from the Advice Labor Monitor were highlighted. This report identifies labor market trends through job postings, reflecting employer demands as well as the tools, skills, and competencies experiencing the fastest growth in an ever-changing environment.
For Advice, being part of this initiative reinforces our commitment to transforming the labor market, fostering diverse talent, and promoting the responsible development of AI.
We congratulate UTEC and BID Lab, and we are grateful to share this space with all the organizations involved: AGESIC, Ministry of Tourism, Uruguay Innova (U+I), ANDE, Ceibal, CUTI, Congress of Mayors, Zonamerica, Globant, Tryolabs, IUGO, Delfos, Horizon, and ABYA.
